In order to be eligible for a refund, you must submit proof that you have done the first 7 days of the course and it did not work for you. If you decide your purchase was not the right decision kindly email me at [email protected] and let me know you’d like a refund. If you request a refund and do not include a proof of your attempts at completing some of the work , you will not be granted a refund.
The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:
- Requirement 1: Attach screenshots of five canned response templates that you have created within your email service.
- Requirement 2: Attach screenshots of your list of 7 visible folders and remaining hidden folders.
- Requirement 3: Attach screenshots of three posts or videos from within the Kickbox Your Inbox private members Facebook group.
- Requirement 4: Tell me why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?
I will NOT provide refunds for any request that comes more than 7 days following the course start date. After day 7, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless of whether you complete the course.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, I will issue an instruction to the course payment processor to issue the refund. I do not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.

No refunds are available for the Kickbox Your Inbox VIP Experience. You may transfer your booking session once within 3 months of the original session date, but I cannot accept responsibility for changes to work commitments or other personal circumstances.
