Services, Training & Coaching Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to any person purchasing a product, service, workshop, coaching or training with Bright Smart Digital and the payment of the fee for the relevant product, service, workshop, coaching or training constitute agreement to these terms.

Payment Terms

All products and services supplied by Bright Smart must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

Cancellations & Refunds

Research Reports – There are no refunds on any research reports that have been produced for a client. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the work then please contact joyce@brightsmart.com.au to discuss your concerns, any practicable rectification and next steps.

Content Production – There are no refunds on any content that has been produced for a client. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the work then please contact joyce@brightsmart.com.au to discuss your concerns, any practicable rectification and next steps.

Workshops, Coaching & Training – There are no refunds on any workshop, coaching or training session. If you are unable to attend your workshop, coaching or training session, please contact joyce@brightsmart.com.au at least 14 days notice before the date of your event to receive a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from issue and can be redeemed on any product or service offered by Bright Smart Digital.

If you forget to attend a workshop, coaching and training session the fee will not be refunded. Bright Smart Digital may use its discretion to use reasonable endeavours to reschedule for another time.

Online courses – If you are not completely happy with an online course then you may seek a refund within 30 days of purchase if you’re able to demonstrate that you have completed and implemented at least 20% of the course content in a reasonable manner, at the discretion of Bright Smart Digital. There are no refunds on evergreen online courses and programs after the 30-day cooling-off period.

Custom Sessions – There are no refunds on custom sessions unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Bright Smart Digital reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule any workshop, coaching and training session due to low enrolments, personal circumstances or any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit note for the payment. Bright Smart Digital is unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as flights and accommodation.

The information provided by Bright Smart Digital is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change. Bright Smart Digital reserves the right to change dates, venue location or content at its discretion, and to refuse to accept a booking.

Insurance

Joyce Watts t/a Bright Smart Digital holds professional liability insurance to the maximum value of AUD$1,000,000 for any one claim and in the aggregate with QBE Insurance (Australia) Limited Policy Number 18BZ09055PID.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria.
